How to raise a copyright, accuracy, privacy or legal complaint about material published on Medical Tourism Watch, and how we handle it.
Our content
Articles, analysis, charts, datasets and images produced by Medical Tourism Watch are our copyright. Permitted reuse is set out in our republishing policy and how to cite pages.
If you believe we have infringed your copyright
Email us with your contact details, identification of the work, the URL of the material, a statement of your rights, and a statement that the complaint is made in good faith. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and resolve within ten.
If you believe published material about you is inaccurate
Use our corrections process. Corrections are faster and more effective than legal complaints, and we act on them.
If you believe material breaches your privacy or is unlawful
Write to us setting out the material, the specific harm, and the basis of the complaint.
What we will not do
- Remove accurate, properly sourced journalism because its subject dislikes it.
- Remove material in exchange for advertising, sponsorship or any commercial consideration.
- Delete articles silently — where removal is required, we say so.
The standards behind our reporting are in our editorial policy and investigations policy. Send complaints through the contact page.
