Who we share it with
Our hosting provider, CDN and security provider, email provider, analytics provider and spam-filtering provider, each acting as a processor. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass enquiries to clinics, hospitals or agencies as sales leads.
Sources and confidential contact
Where you contact us as a source, we handle your information under our investigations policy and do not disclose the identity of confidential sources.
The contact form is not an anonymous or encrypted channel. If you need one, email us first without attachments and we will agree secure arrangements.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 1 calendar year. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for [period].
